All items submitted for consignment undergo a mandatory authentication process using Entrupy, an industry-recognized AI verification system. Luxeretail Therapy utilizes Entrupy technology as part of its authentication process to support accurate and reliable verification.

A non-refundable authentication fee applies to each item submitted for evaluation and is required prior to acceptance. Only items that successfully pass authentication and meet our standards will be approved for consignment. Items that do not meet authentication requirements may be declined accordingly.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases made in-store or through our services. Customers are encouraged to review items carefully before completing a purchase.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is determined based on market value, condition, and brand positioning. Payments for sold items will be processed according to agreed consignment terms. Payment timelines and methods will be communicated directly with consignors.

Affirm Payment Option

We may offer Affirm as a flexible payment option for eligible in-store purchases. Affirm financing is subject to approval and is managed directly through Affirm. Luxeretail Therapy is not responsible for financing terms or decisions made by Affirm.

Limitation of Liability

Luxeretail Therapy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. While we take every measure to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
